Ruins, vacant lots, parking or restocking
While some buy land and build new cities on the outskirts of San José, little by little they are seeing more vacant lots in decline, deteriorating houses that nobody wants to take over the city center. Will children or grandchildren of a generation that knew another San Jose and now just wants to get rid of the estate, a field embedded in the heart of the city. 
private properties certainly expect to be acquired by investors to be installed in the center, but for the moment seems not to have been at all the possibilities that life offers in the center, not willing to pay the asking price, or simply no interest. 
What I do know is that the square meter in the center is not playing, and if it's not speculation or what, but at this rate, the city going turning a vacant lot in abandonment, no man's land or maybe the crack heads that abound and do not pay rent or the right to floor, but as simple as the trash in the area. 
What it is that the bounce houses and open parking, the center has a few vacant lots in areas ruled by the ruins. Adobes, bahereques , bricks, tiles are among some of the materials and construction ways that are no longer used and that are exposed. 
As a parking there in the market Bourbon which has a tiled floor of those divine forms and colors of the houses of some 70 years ago at least and in some shops in the central avenue are still in those stores counter. 
Undeveloped land in agricultural terms but not urban. Do not create new spaces, or new home, or anything, just more darkness and solitude in the streets, and fear for the people you see walking when sunlight has left the city under the lights alone utility poles. 
Nothing, an issue that some time has been haunting me and I have collected these photos .. and many more ... lots more about me could devote to real estate chepe center of both batch and have launched home ... (the old cinema Calif., for right there is a complete corner threw .... What is it now? a parking lot! .. . and so with several super central points that are falling and nobody does anything to have a new life .....
