The Cow Parade the Tica
the cows are out of the corral and are now in the middle of town ... (not new news, but until an hour I get ...) but some were again locked in another yard !
For two weeks before the cows come chepe as one of the events of "public art" most striking may have existed in our capital, Cow Parade has taken the pedestrian and downtown parks.
I had had the opportunity to "run into" any of these beasts tamed, but not was not until this Sunday morning I said, "I center pal, before I grab the shower, just So blessed to see the cows lokas that have armed fuss .. " 
first impact, to be a Sunday, the center was packed. People everywhere, parking full, guachimanes by here and there, the National Theatre to receive their listeners morning concert, something is happening .. People around here and there looking cows taking pictures, families, children, adults, everyone seemed to have a single purpose; go chepe under the pretext of cows. 
And no wonder since it is a herd of large, compared to that of the best breeders Guanacaste, at least 120 cows part of the herd. On the other hand, the line to see Rembrandt before the imminent end of that Sunday, was at least 150 to 200 meters . all out which was the pretext , were infernal sunshine, where a glass of chocolate milk, or cocoa, had fallen of wonder ....
What I can say about this event? Well, I think there are many approaches from which to address the issue, more could be thousands of approaches, it is a complex issue, but due to the focus of this blog you will see "modest" after the lens which has resulted in urban terms.
The truth, I have not seen so many people on a Sunday in the center. Hundreds of people stood up one Sunday and said, come to San Jose to see the cows. And without further claims that, go back and forth, running, walking, looking, sitting here and there, looking for cows, seeing more people, sharing an ice cream, hundreds of people. People have been driven by the idea playful and surreal going to see cows in the center! Thus able to mobilize people, generate interest and teach through the cows, the possibilities of travel now in the city. 
More than one would know the new boulevards , or had walked through the National Park to go back down the Paseo de las Damas. 
Many may not realize the city appropriated through this experience, and felt better, or experiencing new things. Boys and girls, it seems to me, part of the audience were fascinated by this experience, because the space between a cow and another was the expectation of surprise, to see each proposal. 
Beyond that cow is more interesting, better or worse, pretty or ugly, traditional or modern, conceptually rich or not (which is whoooole a theme) .. the issue is how people was taken (as well as livestock) to unexpected places and unexpected situations. A playful air prevailing in the environment and the city opened legs to be covered, reinvented, rediscovered ... while others doing good business in the sales, service, or others. I think most things happen every day in chepe, the matter is that things are not only generated from above, but also has spontaneity and people go out and get organized, or that the emotion I ... I guess the cows will decreasing, at least for those who often go through the center ... then they'll go, but would become what happens to public monuments and statues, are forgotten ...
